We are going to do some more preparation work on the Alpine tomorrow. If we can get far enough down on our list, we will inflate the air mattress on the hide-a-bed and get the measurements for sheets. I want my wife to see the plethora of colors you have to order a second set for the master bedroom.

Thanks Dale, it's been a pleasure talking with you and getting to where we ended up, though just for now. I never thought I would find a resource like you, with the surprising range of custom possibilities you offer, and on top of that, one I could communicate with the top person in the company, as opposed to talking to an order taker with all the limitations that go with that, as applies to 99% of today's Internet companies.

As one who's been in the major leagues of marketing and advertising for more than 50 years, I think you should emphasize that point of difference in your marketing communication. The personal touch is the most glaring (and significant) loss in the business world since the electronic era, though the root cause runs deeper than technological change. Everyone I talk to about the loss and its ramifications agrees totally with me.

As I've said a couple of times, I've been looking for a bed sheet resource that could work to custom specifications, without charging hundreds of dollars of course, for more than 12 years. And EUREKA! . . . there you were, on the first call I made after looking at several websites.

Today the sheets, mattress pad and pillow cases arrived for my odd- sized bed. You have no idea what a joy it was to make this bed with a mattress pad and beautiful sheets that actually fit the bed.

Thirty years ago I bought an antique bed that I thought would be just perfect for our guest room. I have been cursing that day ever since. The bed is larger than a twin and smaller than a full. Making it was a nightmare. Trying to get the bottom sheet to stay in place was impossible, even with elastic corner bands. I needed a full-sized sheet on the bottom and a twin-sized sheet for the top so purchasing a set was out of the question.

Even though I loved the bed, after years of having a wrestling match with the sheets I was fed up. I was going to try to pawn this bed off on some unsuspecting soul and then I found your website and ordered sheets that fit the bed perfectly. Hallelujah! I am eternally grateful.
